For example: 10 Windows users who replace their PeeCee every year x 10 years = 100 estimated users from 10 actual Windows users 10 OS X Users who replace their Mac every 10 years x 10 years = 10 estimated users from 10 actual OS X users In other words, stats based on unit sales rather than actual users is actually bad news for the 90%. ...what about the multitude of techies who buy a PeeCee with Windows Xp pre-installed, only to trash it and reinstall Windows '98?

This year, the "Real New Year" falls on December 21st. People of all races, all over the world, once celebrated this special day. We call it Mid-winter, some call it Winter Solestice, others call it New Year. Tribal Europeans, known as "The Reindeer People" had a man who drove a sleigh and gave gifts to kids. Kris Kringle liked the idea and brought the tradition to Germany. Christians did not like the idea, but eventaully moved the birth of Jesus Christ to adopt it. The Calendar also froze the Winter Solestice day to a January 1st date and called it New Year's Day. Later, the calendar froze the same Winter Solestice day to the December 25 date and called it Christmas. Confused: Okay, New Year comes before Christmas, but they are the same day, which happens to be on this day, at least for this year. No Matter what you call it...Celebrate it and enjoy it! Most of all, make it a good one for the kids. Merry {insert your word here} and Happy {insert your word here} to all! ...And, as promised, the answer to how many months in a real year is now listed at the bottom of this page.
