Our team works hard, often behind the scenes, to make the adventure rewarding for valued customers. The Apple sales teams contributed in a big way to this year’s success of the store. Kaela Montague, sales manager, has previously been awarded an Apple Logo branded Beardmore Leather Jacket for her efforts in placing iC SuperCOMPUTER in the top 5 Apple resellers in Southern Ontario. A total of 10 people work in the store, and others work outside the store (i.e., tech support, on-site technicians, corporate sales, administration, development, etc.) and their combined efforts are responsible for our biggest recognition to date - that is the recognition we received in our local community with the presentation of the “Best Retail Business” award. The new service centre has also contributed. At the start of our service centre there were only about 10 Apple Certified Technicans in Southern Ontario. Maggie Gui, an electrical engineer from China, has joined the team as an Apple service technician with Microsoft experience. Fred Vermeer, one of the 10 Apple Certified technicians mentioned above, was added to the team at the start of our fiscal year. Under the direction of our store manager Wray Anderson; who has worked across North American as an A+ Factory Certified Compaq Technician, Factory Certified IBM Technician and an Factory Certified Apple Technician; our new service has been one reason why people flock to the store.
