During 2007 iC SuperCOMPUTERS was busy working hard at building a new Authorized Service Centre.


It started with vacant room and Wray’s vacant mind. Greg, a master of the wooden arts and contractor brought it to life with sketches of what Wray wanted.
Next,
Greg put all the
pieces in place
his son, Scott, a
Mac enthusiast.
Under Greg’s
skilled direction
we put it together.

Grounding
equipment,
static mats,
humidifier,

were added.

To make use of this service, please provided the following information:

3.Sales Invoice No.
4.Serial Number of the product requiring service.
5.A description of the product.
6.A description of the issue
If you do not have your invoice number and/or serial number handy, you may call your sales rep at the store during regular business hours or call the AppleCare toll-free line.
The iC Local Tech Support line is limited to regular store hours and for issues that do not require extensive call times. Make sure you leave a phone number for the tech to call you back in the event of interruptions.
For longer durations you may be directed to make an appointment to talk with a tech or to drop off the service at the store.

Tech Support Email:
The Tech Support Email Service has a remote location that is separate from the store and the repair service centre. Emails are answered after the store is closed on a 1st come, 1st served basis. Please allow up to 24 hours for email responses and only one issue per email.

For after hours support, you can also use Apple’s online support (see links above) and you can call Apple Canada or Apple USA for AppleCare Service via their 800 number as listed in your AppleCare Extended Warranty package.
The technical support group is not equipped to respond to complaints regarding their Apple product. Please contact Apple Customer Relations for any issues that are above and beyond the scope for providing after hours technical support.
