Musicians are welcomed to drop in on Jam nights.  There are also live performances by bands, comedians, theatre.&lt;br/&gt;    The cafe is also a Wi-Fi hotspot.  Just for fun, bring your laptop and play your own iTunes playlist on our wireless house sound system while you surf and dine.&lt;br/&gt;    People from around the globe visit iC SuperCOMPUTERS, the only Mac store in a log cabin, and often stop in at the A-Sharp Café, located just a few doors down in Johnson’s Log Cabin Plaza.  This may explain how the cafe has expanded in international cuisine. Traditional chinese style Won Ton soup has been a well received addition to the menu.  Under the guidance of Maggie Gui, an electrical engineer from China, Lonna mastered the art of Won Ton soup.&lt;br/&gt;    Visit Lonna the A-Sharp cafe today and discover how traditional chinese flavour differs from the standard Canadian version of Won Ton soup.  Enjoy the rich taste of buffalo burgers and learn how this local farm grown Native delicacy it is a much healthier alternative to corporate, antibiotic-fed, sunless, fat-filled, caged food.  And ask how delicious, lactose-free, fibre-rich smoothies made fresh with the whole fruit is naturally a tasty alternative to suger-laced milk products.</description>

Dave Walton, HACK club president and Creative Technologies owner, said that the Buffalo burgers were such a big hit that he put the hamburgers back in the freezer.  “Next year”, he stated,”I won’t bother with hamburgers”.&lt;br/&gt;    Colin Smith of Adobe provided the entertainment with live presentations of great Adobe software.&lt;br/&gt;    Fixing photos was made easy and a lot of fun using Adobe applications.  On the overhead projector screen we got to how to superimpose images of people and perfectly match the backgrounds using the new Photoshop CS.  And we got to see how to this quicker and easier with the newest Adobe applications.&lt;br/&gt;    Colin demonstrated how to take out background noise from audio recordings with the new Sound Booth application.  Sound booth allows a person to apple EQ setting that provide even output across the entire song in just one step - as opposed to the 10 steps required by ProTools.&lt;br/&gt;    In addition to several other mind blowing apps from Adobe, one stood at as the cool app of the future - Adobe Air.  And, it’s perfect for the MacBook Air.  But, it’s designed to be perfect everywhere, on every computer.&lt;br/&gt;    Adobe gets it and hits the mark with this App.  And, I’m certain that you get this right away.&lt;br/&gt;    Yes, it’s time to consider Adobe stock because, as Colin assured us, when this thing hits, it’s going to be big.&lt;br/&gt;</description>

July 7 thru July 11th, iC SuperCOMPUTERS inconjunction with A-Sharp Café will be the on location set of the next big movie.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Eric, former Kids’ Camp participant and the store’s current Mac Genius leads the Kids’ Camp activities this year, along with Wray.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Armed with Mac computers, cameras and cool creative software, your child, along with others - ages 8 to 11, will get an opportunity to star in, and go behind the scenes, in youth oriented Movie camp.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;iLife, included with every Mac, includes iTunes, iPhoto, GarageBand, iMove, iDVD and iWeb.  Participants learn these applications along with a digital camera, sound equipment and additional software to an entertaining multimedia movie on a playable DVD and website.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;This provides a fun way to learn the technical skills for operating the computers and the software applications that comes preloaded on every MacBook, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro and iMac.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;In addition, participants will also get some training on Pages, Numbers and Keynote which comes with the iWork ’08 family pak.  Using these applications for creating scripts, storyboards, promo material, DVD covers, and cue cards is a great way to give them exposure to the new generation of scholastic and business world applications used to create Microsoft compatible Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentions... and beyond.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Also available to the participants will be Apple-TV, 32-inch High Definition HDMI TV, Overhead projector, Full 88-key MIDI keyboard, SRS wireless speakers, XLR Microphones and a change to get some on-the-spot guitar lessons.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Lunches take place in the A-Sharp Cafe, known for it’s delicious Buffalo Burgers, healthy lactose-free - fresh fruit smoothies and genuine Won-Ton soup.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;The A-Sharp Cafe also has a stage for live performances, jam sessions and for use as a backdrop.
