Study: Apple leads industry in... satisfication
 
    Apple beat out DELL, HP and others in the American Customer Satisfaction Index.  Then again, just ask the majority of Mac owners and you’ll realize that such an index isn’t needed.
    Hence Kaela’s saying, “Once you go Mac, you never go back”.
