Talks set for Vancouver airport, security...

Last night, or rather early this morning, I noticed that flight 217 hadn’t moved. It appeared to still be locked into the departure gate.

This is the flight scheduled to take Chris to Vancouver. But, it appears to have missed it’s destination time.
Then at work, I heard that there was talks of a strike at the Vancouver Airport.
So what does this all mean? My guess was that the pending strike may have effected the updating of some of the flights at the Vancouver airport. But, there was also talk of a strike and planes destined for Vancouver airport, unable to land, were stuck at their departure locations.
How ever, a Globe and Mail suggest that the strike, of the security workers, has been adverted and all is well.
I’m hoping this means that Chris has arrived safely, on time, in Vancouver and has met his targeted interview deadline that will kick start his new life outside of iC SuperCOMPUTERS. The most important part being that Chris arrived safetly. In other words, all is well in the world again.

Still the whole experience has left me perplexed with a intriguing question for contemplation... Is there really life outside of iC SuperCOMPUTERS?
