Apple Sells $1 Million in Movies in 1st Week

‘What a great "I told you so" to all the people who doubted the Almighty Steve.’

Paul gave me an interesting prospective on this. He had me ponder the idea that Apple sold a million in songs in the first year of offering songs in iTunes. Then it sold a million in TV shows in the first few months of offering TV shows in iTunes. Now we are talking a million in Movies.

What’s Next?

...This is the impact that digital technology is having (1’s and 0’s, used in binary communications, which has evolved from ancient Mayan civilization, Iroquois wampum strings and smoke signals into the language of all digital devices, including email, MSN, wireles hubs and the World Wide Web). It is now the chosen format for Music, TV shows and Movies.

Mostly due to the 1’s and 0’s, we moved from the Age of Information to what I am calling The Age of Acceleration.

This is the age people accelerate their potential to exponential. Just as multiplication and division are accelerated addition and division, exponents and square roots are accelerated multiplication and division.

If you’re feeling like you’re getting too old, too fast, hang on tight, we haven’t reached hyper-speed yet. It’s like a train that won’t stop, mainly because in spite of any acceleration consequences, there is of course, the potential for accelerated income.

It would appear that Steve Jobs has his hands on the accelerator device (the gas pedal that is driving this fast, strange trip we’re on).

Wait a minute, is this Star Trek / Star Wars, or are we still talking reality here?
